Three broody and ethereal waifs fluidly change between impressionistic abstract movements and brutally literal interpretation of the lyrics for a song that flips good and bad, right and wrong, black and white.
Shot using only natural light streaming through a side window in a darkened dance studio and rendered in deep black and white, the piece is mesmerising in its beauty, beligerence, simplicity and innocence.
Featuring dancers Madeleine Bulgin, Natasha Nery and Kate Johnsen with supervision by Kim Dresner from the Jazz Factory, Gordon NSW.
